Hi, I'm Caroline.
I've been cleaning houses since I was a teenager, raised by a mother who believed in a truly clean home. Ten years as a social worker taught me to help people with patience and without judgment. My goal is simple: treat every home with care and leave it better than I found it.

How much does a cleaning cost?
Quotes start at $100 for a surface clean of a studio or 1-bedroom home. Your price depends on the size of your home and what you'd like included, so send a quote request or call or text Caroline. Deep cleaning, move-in / move-out cleaning, and clutter cleanups are quoted per job.
Is your business licensed and insured?
Yes, Caroline's Cleaning Crew is licensed and insured.
Which schedule should I choose?
Weekly means a visit every 7 days. Every other week means a visit every 14 days, which works out to two or three visits in a given month. Monthly means one visit a month. Every other week is a good fit for most homes that want regular upkeep.
Is cleaning inside the fridge or oven included?
Inside the fridge and inside the oven are optional add-ons, along with interior windows, baseboard detailing, blinds or shutters, inside cabinets and drawers, and dishes. You can pick them in your quote request.
Does sending a request book a cleaning?
No. A request lets Caroline know what you're looking for. She'll get back to you with a quote, and nothing is scheduled until you both agree on a day and time.
Do you clean in my area?
Caroline's Cleaning Crew serves North County San Diego, including Carlsbad, Oceanside, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe, San Marcos, Vista, Escondido, Poway, and Rancho Bernardo. Include your ZIP code in your request and Caroline will confirm.
Do you offer one-time, deep, or move-out cleaning?
Yes. Recurring service is the focus, but deep cleaning and move-in / move-out cleaning are available and priced per job. Choose "One-time or deep clean" or "Move-in / move-out" in the quote form.
My home is really cluttered. Will you judge me?
